These Flow Control Fittings serve as connection points on the stainless steel air Cylinder for the two air hoses that come from the Control Valve, but they also provide speed control of the down and up stroke of the Cylinder.
This is the only part that (just a few) users have reported as breaking. If there is any spare part you might want to have on hand, this is it.
