(This 1.20" Annular Knife ships with the standard Corn Kernel Cutter Package.) The stainless steel Annular Knife is where the kernel meets the cutter. Size it based on the size of the cob. Note that most varieties of sweet corn have consistent cob sizes no matter how large the kernels get. One size Annular Knife should work for almost all the ears from any given variety.
