This knife has a large 1.30" opening. It would be unusual to need a knife this large.

The stainless steel Annular Knife is where the kernel meets the cutter. Size it based on the size of the cob. Note that most varieties of sweet corn have consistent cob sizes no matter how large the kernels get. One size Annular Knife should work for almost all the ears from any given variety.

1.30 knife
Worked better than the 1.20 but it still cuts a little to much cob on the big ears. Over all the system works great , i would be interested in a 1.35 if it’s ever available. Thanks (Admin note: We do now have 1.35, 1.40, and 1.45 inch annular knives .)
