(Scroll down to read the reviews -- they tell the whole story!)
Freeze more sweet corn and do it faster than ever with The Corn Kernel Cutter. Plug it into your air compressor, place an ear of husked sweet corn in and press the button. The delicious kernels fall into the pan and the cobs fall into a trash can.
The Corn Kernel Cutter uses power from your air compressor to cut all the kernels off an ear of fresh sweet corn with a push of a button in one swipe. This affordable and easy to use device will help you process more corn with less effort than anything short of production machines costing tens of thousands of dollars.
The Corn Kernel Cutter is built from precision components machined on our own state-of-the-art 5 axis CNC equipment right here in Maries County, Missouri where we love our sweet corn!
The all metal but light weight design is easy to store and built tough enough to he handed down to your kids and grandkids. It comes fully assembled -- just add an 80 to 140 psi compressed air source.
A stainless steel annular knife can be sized to match varieties of corn with small or large cobs in just seconds. (The 1.20 inch annular knife is included, but we also have 1.15, 1.25, 1.30, 1.35, 1.40, and 1.45 inch knives.) The funnel shaped ear pusher centers and guides the ear into the knife and a spring-loaded plunger in the core of the funnel pushes the cob through the knife into a trash can or bucket below.
It's ready to use right out of the box - just plug in your compressed air source!
See for your self what over 43 years of innovation at CZ Engineering, Inc. has brought to your table.

You guys have a fan!
We just used the CKC yesterday. I was overly happy with the tool and how it performed. I bought one sized larger and smaller knives with the original purchase and I am glad I did as I needed to use the smaller knife (we grow peaches and cream). My suggestion is to put those in the kit (and of course charge for them) so that folks don't have the harvested corn and not the right sized knife. The time and work this saves is well worth it! I have not purchased something in a long time and been this pleased with it. It worked as advertised, is a very quality piece, and made our harvest work much easier. You guys have a fan!

The Corn Kernel Cutter
I used it the day after I received it! This appliance is awesome! I ordered it with extra knives, the 1.25” and the 1.3”! I didn’t even try the 1.2” knife and started with the 1.3” knife which was about perfect! Late season could maybe even use a 1.35” knife! I’m not sure of the hybrid, other than it’s roundup ready Rupp and its yellow & white kernels, but I had 2 different maturities, a 75 day and a 90 day, it worked very well for both hybrids! I have let my neighbors borrow it too, so we have used it on +/- 1200 ears between all of us, no complaints, all compliments from everyone! I would recommend this 10/10 times to anyone! It has been designed very well, it’s fast, it’s safe, easy to use and easy to clean up, and above all it does a great job of removing the kernel & leaving only the cob! We have eaten some of the corn already, and it tastes great! We had a video shared on social media the night that we used it and it had nearly 4000 views the first night it was posted! I have fielded lots of questions about this product and I’ve shared my encouraging thoughts and experiences with it, it’s been fun to represent your product! I know that there have been some ordered from my conversation, I helped them order it! Ha! Thank you for this amazing product, it honestly does work great and is fun to operate! Successful purchase! Thank you again and if there’s anything that I can help you with, please feel free to contact me!

The Corn Kernel Cutter
We used it to process approximately 500 quart bags of sweet corn. The only knife we used was the 1.30. The 1.30 was barely large enough for some ears. Anthem and Obsession 2 were the 2 varieties. It worked very well only suggestion is we screwed the mounting bracket to a plastic folding table makes cleaning up a lot easier

Yes used the ckc it works awesome! We just used the standard knife that come with it and it worked great we had peaches and cream this year. I would rate it a 10! We were blanching around 30 ears at a time and by the time they were done blanching we were waiting on more corn

The Corn Kernel Cutter
We ran roughly 1800 dozen (yes 1800) through the corn kernel cutter this fall, and it functioned flawlessly. We planted Quick Trip, Remedy, and Revision All from Syngenta this year. The Quiktrip and Remedy went through the 1.20 knife just fine but the Revision could have used a larger knife. I did not see the larger two knives listed as options when I purchased the Corn Kernel Cutter or I would have purchased them at the same time. If I had to find a complaint with it, it is rather difficult to clean up. At the end of each day, I ended up mostly dismantling it to get the corn schmoo Out of all the nooks and crannies. This was not something I talked bad about to anybody that asked about it, but I did mention it. When I initially purchased it, I thought the price was a bit steep, but having seen how well it is constructed and the engineering and care that have gone into its construction, It is worth every penny. Very well built. One other thing that is not a complaint, but more of an observation is that often when the cob was getting pushed through and the kernels are being cut off, the kernels would not all be contained inside the pan. I put a pair of flexible, cutting boards inside the pan Standing up to catch the splatter and the issue was solved. Not really a big deal, just trying to mention everything we ran into. I liked the video on YouTube that showed how it worked, and the choice of Background music was top-notch. Seeing the gentlemen holstering made me immediately realize you were people I wanted to do business with!

The Corn Kernel Cutter
We have just finished up with about .5 AC of Obsession Sweet Corn. I would love to have more size knives the 1.2 was getting in to the cob the bigger the corn got in the field. You have a great product for those ppl that are still willing to work a little. The CKC for me was a 8. There is no doubt it would be a 10 with more knife choices. (Admin note: We now have 1.15, 1.20, 1.25, 1.30, 1.35, 1.40 and 1.45 inch annular knives.)

cutter and knives
Aug 15th 2024 I would like to see an annular knife available in 1.35 and possibly 1.40, we had trouble with getting some cob in using the 1.30 with Ambrosia Hybrid corn. Otherwise machine worked very well
